The parcel opening video is mandatory for processing a damage-related return request.
A return request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the parcel. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
The product may be subject to verification before the return is approved. If the required parcel-opening video is not provided, or if the return request is made after the specified 5-day period, the return request may be rejected.
Returns for reasons other than product damage may not be accepted.
